Gut Cancer Foundation
Established in 2008, the Gut Cancer Foundation funds innovative research and are the voice of cancers of the digestive system. They provide vital information and education to improve and save the lives of all New Zealanders affected by gut cancers.
With over 6,000 New Zealanders diagnosed every year, collectively gut cancers are the most common form of cancer in New Zealand.
Also known as gastro-intestinal cancers, gut cancers include the bowel, pancreas, stomach, oesophagus, liver, gallbladder, anus and bile ducts.
