Supporting our Communities
PIC is proud to support a wide range of sporting organisations in our local community as we are passionate about seeing our communities thrive.
We believe in the power of teamwork, dedication and of the positive impact that these organisations have on individuals and communities. Our commitment to these groups goes beyond just financial contributions; our involvement reflects our belief in the values and principles that these organisations instil.
Through our partnership efforts, we hope to contribute to the growth of sports at all levels, from grassroots to elite, and help nurture the talents of future champions.
The Blues
PIC is the Official Insurance Broker of the Blues, including the Blues Development team. The Blues organisation awards the Michael Garner Scholarship to an up-and-coming rugby player each year.

Auckland Rugby Union
PIC has been official partners of Auckland Rugby and the Auckland Storm since 2016. We supply all the ARU’s junior members with rugby balls each year.

PIC’s founder Mike Garner was a passionate and long-serving supporter of the Pakuranga United Rugby Club. PIC is entrenched in the local rugby community and continues to support the club as naming rights partner.
